The traditional game of dominoes. It is beautiful, easy to learn, soothing, and simple at first, but as you figure out all the techniques, it becomes difficult.
Among the world’s most well-known board games, Dominoes undoubtedly ranks high. Among the many available rules, three are now receiving the lion’s share of discussion:
- Draw dominoes: a fun and easy game to play with tiles placed on each side of the board. To win, just line up your tile with one of the two ends of the board.
- Block dominoes: The rules of Block Dominoes are quite similar to those of Draw Dominoes. The most notable change is that, unlike in the previous mode, you cannot retrieve more dominos from the boneyard; instead, you must pass your turn after all other alternatives are exhausted.
- Dominoes All Five: A little trickier. At the beginning of each round, you must tally up the numbers of pips on either end of the board. For bonus points, make sure it’s a multiple of five. Quite challenging initially, but you’ll soon master it.
