The story
Yggdrasil, the World Tree, formerly stood tall and strong in the magical land of Asgard, its branches stretching into the skies. As the majestic tree served as a vital link between Asgard and the rest of the universe, the gods of Asgard, headed by Odin, held it in the highest esteem.
But just as the Dusk of the Gods approaches, a gigantic explosion consumes the World Tree, setting it ablaze and breaking it into pieces that contain “The Sacred Flame”—a powerful energy source that is dispersed over the universe.
